Manufacturer Refurbishment

Warranty and non-warranty services
In-warranty repairs
If your fuel cell is still under warranty, we will handle the assessment and dispatch of your unit free of charge. The manufacturer will diagnose the issue, perform the necessary repairs, and return the units to us. We will then send the repaired fuel cell back to you at no additional cost.
Out-of-warranty repairs
For units no longer under warranty, we will contact you to provide a quotation for the dispatch of the fuel cell to the manufacturer. After the unit is sent, the manufacturer will analyse the fuel cell and provide a detailed diagnosis report along with the quotation for the necessary repairs. Upon your approval, the manufacturer will carry out the repairs and return the unit to us. We will then send the refurbished fuel cell back to you.
