Service and Maintenance
At FCSL, we are committed to ensuring the reliability and longevity of your hydrogen refuelling equipment. Our hydrogen service package includes a 12-month warranty on major components, regular servicing, and prompt responses to maintenance needs. Our goal is to keep your hydrogen refuelling systems operating at peak performance.
Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM)
We provide a detailed PPM schedule, outlining all necessary activities to maintain the continued operation of your hydrogen refuelling equipment.

Quarterly and Annual maintenance: 3 quarterly maintenance visits and one annual maintenance visit each year.
Standard service parts: Includes parts required for quarterly and annual maintenance, except filters.
Remote support and diagnosis: Available based on unit configuration.
Priority access to spares: Access to spare parts at preferential pricing.
Preferential rates: Discounted rates on filters, sensors and nonstandard service parts.
Travel and subsistence: covered within mainland UK.
