This role is central in ensuring the reliability and performance of our hydrogen refuelling systems through effective maintenance and operations management. We are seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee asset maintenance and support operations, ensuring reliability and performance of cutting-edge hydrogen refuelling equipment. This position will be based in our Hungerford facility.
The Maintenance Manager will focus on the upkeep and performance of hydrogen refuelling systems, coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance while ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards. This role requires a strong technical background, leadership skills, and a proactive approach to maintaining asset efficiency and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage maintenance programs for hydrogen refuelling equipment.
Lead and coordinate technician teams for preventive and corrective maintenance.
Produce Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) for operations.
Monitor asset performance and address maintenance issues promptly.
Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards (e.g., HAZOP, DSEAR).

Qualifications:
Degree or HND in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
Proven experience in maintenance management, ideally in hydrogen or renewable energy sectors.
Proficiency in maintenance management software and tools.
